Penn State DuBois is just one of the many commonwealth campuses across Pennsylvania, fulfilling the mission of being the land grant university for the state. At the Penn State DuBois Campus, students have the opportunity to choose from eight degrees, (Administration of Justice, Business Administration, Engineering, Human Development and Family Studies, Information Sciences and Technology, Letters Arts and Sciences, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, and Wildlife Technology) starting and finishing their college career right here in DuBois. Many students also take advantage of the 2 + 2 program, completing two years here and two years at another Penn State campus. To learn more about these excellent programs, register for Spring Open House - Saturday Tours, Saturday, March 24th.

Penn State DuBois continues to partner with local industry and small businesses to provide continuing education for our regional workforce. The campus was recently awarded a seed grant through Invent Penn State to establish a Launch Box for innovative collaboration and entrepreneurship. “We are building momentum in establishing a culture where entrepreneurialism is embedded into who we are as an institution, especially for our students,” Penn State President Barron stated. “We believe that if we remove obstacles that stand in the way of launching new businesses, we open up endless opportunities to thrive.”

Penn State DuBois has a long history and a proud tradition of opening the door to higher education for students from every economic background. The Open Doors Scholarship Program provides a 2:1 permanent match for endowed gifts to specific pilot programs that will help students with financial need to thrive at Penn State DuBois. While donors may take up to five years to fulfill their pledges, the Open Doors Scholarship Program shifts funds from the University into new endowments immediately, so that students can begin benefiting from a gift in the semester after the scholarship is established, and your commitment will help undergraduates both right away, and far into the future.
