Local artists, craftsmen and performers are active throughout our region.  The Reitz Theater in downtown DuBois hosts a variety of performances featuring local talent and conducts a children’s workshop and production each summer.  For live theater in the forest, visit the Sawmill Center for the Arts in Cook Forest, Clarion County.  DACOTA, the DuBois Area Council on the Arts, is best known for its Annual Festival of the Arts, DuBois Community Concert Series, Annual Church Tour, and its Poetry in the Park Series.  Visit the Winkler Gallery of Fine Art to see displays of original paintings, stained glass, sculpture, and jewelry, all made by local artists.  The Penn State DuBois Performing Arts Schedule lists free entertainment by performers from around the world at Penn State DuBois Hiller Auditorium.  To discover arts and crafts throughout the region, view the list of PA Wilds Artisans.
