Basic panel cost is $42. Check or money order needs to be made payable to AMBA WELLNESS PROGRAMS. The DuBois Lions Club also requests a $5.00 donation separate for sponsoring this event. Optional testing is available. Christ the King Manor Community Center is located near the cottages at 1100 West Long Avenue\, DuBois\, PA 15801. DuBois Lions Club Brooms will be available for purchase that day as well\, cost is $15. We hope to see you there!
