Cook Forest "Discovering Unique Attributes of Our Local Creeks" Event

Cook Forest State Park hosts multiple different events in August! During their “Discovering Unique Attributes of Our Local Creeks” event on August 15th at 9am they will carpool miles and miles out of the area after leaving promptly from the Park Office. Then, participants will take long, energetic, and difficult hikes through often steep, muddy, weedy, off-trail terrain into some rewarding and possibly hard to reach places! Hikers must be able to attempt the program and should bring hiking boots, walking sticks, lunch, and plenty of water. We hope to see you there!
