    Clinical Supervisor/Community and School Based Behavioral Health Program

    CSBBH is a program that meets the needs of children, youth, young adults, and their families in all 
    environments. Our CSBBH teams have offices located inside contracted school district building to 
    provide flexible and easily attainable services to meet the needs of children, youth, and young 
    adults as concerns present. CSBBH services provide trauma informed individual, group, and family 
    therapy, crisis intervention services, on call services, and case management services with a team 
    approach.

    Huntingdon County area at the Huntingdon, Juniata Valley, and East Juniata Elementary Schools.

    Location:
    Huntingdon County

    Hours: 
    40 hours per week, non-traditional work hours and on-call availability if needed

    General Description of Duties
    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible to provide high quality supervision that will help CSBBH 
    staff to help children, youth, young adults, and families to learn to respond to their daily 
    environment. Services in the CSBBH program may include support planning, individual, group, and 
    family therapy, crisis intervention, case management and coordination with the school and family. 
    This position requires oversite of quality management and adherence to performance measures, daily 
    monitoring and tracking to support therapists in meeting policies and deadlines, hiring and 
    training new staff,
    participation and insight in all team meetings, and maintaining professional and positive
    relationships with all stakeholders. This position will also require participation in an
    orientation training as well as additional trainings throughout the year.
    Qualifications
    · Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, AND
    · Two years of experience supervising individuals working with children, youth, and
    young adults

    Specific Description of Duties
    · Provides on-site clinical and administrative supervision to the treatment team
    · Assess training needs for staff on a quarterly basis
    · Coordinates training and staff development, hiring process
    · Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission
    and the goals of the provider and educational institute
    · Attend team meetings
    · Maintain positive and professional relationships with open communication to partnering
    school district staff and all stakeholder partners.
    · Oversite and maintenance of adherence to program integrity, quality assurance, and
    performance/policy goals.
    · Monitor the program activities on a regular basis
    · Conduct evaluations of program activities and provide clinical support as needed.

    Physical Requirements
    · Reach overhead.
    · Lift and carry objects over thirty (30) pounds.
    · Bend to reach objects from the floor.
    · Stand or sit for extended periods of time with reasonable breaks.
    · Operate office machines.
    · Vision and hearing within normal limits.
