This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Youth Mentoring program.

Job Functions:

• Provide consistent recruitment and outreach for the program
• Conduct mentor and mentee enrollments and make recommendations for participation based on this information
• Match mentors and mentees
• Provide quality match contact to ensure child safety
• Maintain program files
• Participate in all fundraising activities for the program
