Keystone Elk Country Alliance Halloween Elkstravaganza

Keystone Elk Country Alliance is holding a Halloween Elkstravaganza on Sunday, October 29th from 1pm-4pm at the Elk Country Visitor Center. Join KECA for a free, fun-filled day of spooktacular crafts, games, and treats! Guests are invited to dress up in their costume as well! Their will be a costume parade along with the fun!
