REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license (licensed agents) or commitment to completing pre-licensing coursework (aspiring agents)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

COMPENSATION:
Income varies by effort and production, with many agents earning $20,000–$150,000+ annually. Additional recognition and referral incentives are available.
