Cataldo's Collision Inc. is excited to announce an immediate opening for a customer service representative. Cataldo's operates in a fast-paced environment, and they have an existing employee who is ready for advancement, creating an opportunity for you to join the team! 

A customer service representative at a collision repair center plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth experince for clients. This position involved greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and book-keeping tasks to keep records organized. Additionally, the customer service representative is responsible for updating customers on the status of their vehicle repairs and handling a high volume of phone calls addressing inquiries and providing information promptly. 

Automotive or vehicle insurance knowledge is a plus!
