    JOB TITLE:  zSpace Program Coordinator

    CLASSIFICATION:  Part-time, Non-exempt

    COMPENSATION:  $25/hour

    DIVISION:  Workforce Development

    DEPARTMENT:  Workforce Development

    REPORTS TO:  Director of Community Development

    SUPERVISES:  Not Applicable

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Associate's degree in education or a similar subject
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • At least 2 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or instruction at the middle and high school level.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in education or a similar subject
    • Familiarity with AR/VR platforms, especially zSpace

    POSITION SUMMARY:  

    The zSpace Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting immersive learning experiences through the zSpace system. This part-time position is responsible for designing, planning, and facilitating interactive workshops that leverage zSpace’s augmented and virtual reality technologies to enhance workforce development and career exploration. 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develop and lead engaging workshops tailored to various learner audiences using the zSpace platform.
    • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of zSpace hardware and software in collaboration with IT staff
    • Collect feedback and assess workshop effectiveness to inform continuous improvement
    • Manage workshop logistics including scheduling, room setup, and participant communications

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
    • Consistent access to a vehicle and/or reliable means to get to work on time every workday

    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to obtain the clearances as applicable

    WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:

    • Office Location:  Remote
    • Work hours:  It is expected that this position will require up to 20 hours per month
    • Part-time employees cannot work more than 28 hours per week. Schedules will vary depending upon position and business needs
    • This position requires work hour flexibility and varied hours, including evenings and weekends

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Frequent travel required to Kane, PA and Emporium, PA locations

    OTHER DUTIES:

    • Perform other duties as assigned
