Cook Forest "Freinds of Cook Forest: Women's Hiking Series" program

Cook Forest State Park is hosting their “Friends of Cook Forest: Women’s Hiking Series” program on August 16th at 5pm where women of the ages 14 and up are encouraged to nurture their mental and physical health in this moderate hiking level adventure! This hike would take approximately 2 hours. This is open to all women within the age range. Hikers are to meet at the Nuthole Pavilion that is located at the entrance to Ridge Cmap.
