Visit Clearfield County Tourism Grant Training Class

Attention non-profit organizations seeking grant funding. Brandy Owens, Assistant Director of Visit Clearfield County Tourism is offering a 2-hour grant training class on Thursday October 15^th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm in the DuBois Chamber office located at 103 Beaver Drive, DuBois. The Tourism Promotion Grant and Sponsorship are intended to support small businesses and organizations that contribute directly to Clearfield County's visitor economy. The program prioritizes projects that demonstrate a clear connection between tourism promotion and: Out-of-area visitation, Overnight stays, Visitor spending, Increased exposure for Clearfield County, Improved visitor experiences, Stronger digital representation of the destination. Eligible Applicants may include Tourism business Attractions, Lodging properties, Restaurants and culinary tourism businesses, Outdoor recreation businesses, Cultural and heritage organizations, Agritourism businesses, Tour operators, Tourism-focused nonprofits, Event or festival organizations when the proposed project demonstrates a meaningful tourism purpose. All applicants must submit applications online at Grants & Funding | Visit Clearfield County. Paper applications are not accepted. The deadline to submit is November 9, 2026. Applicants will be notified on January 13, 2027, regarding award decisions.
