Part Time Customer Service Representative

Superior Energy Resources is seeking a part-time customer service representative to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships, we'd love to hear from you! 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming and place outgoing phone calls with professionalism and curtesy, provide top-notch support via phone or email, maintain and update customer information, assist customers with various account and service inquiries, work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, ensure office systems and processes are running smoothly and effectively, and assist the finance department with data entry. 

Qualifications:
Strong communication and intrapersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, comfortable learning new systems and product information, customer service experience preferred but nor required. 

Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 2pm. Flexibility possible.
