Employment Specialist in DuBois for Goodwill of North Central PAPURPOSE:  To assist persons with disabilities/disadvantages to obtain and retain community based competitive employment through provision of on-the-job training and on­ going support services.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Contact employers to perform job development and job analysis.Develop and maintain productive relationships with community employers.Assist in matching participants with jobs.Conduct one-to-one training on the job.Maintain waiver
